Spade value quality very much and we offer a 12-month quality guarantee to all our products in relation to product quality problems, which means that the products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects or technical failures during this period but not for misuse or mishandling. The guarantee takes effect from the day of delivery. The customer should fulfill his own duty to examine the products upon delivery, and to send us a notice in respect of a defect of the delivered goods immediately with certain proofs, for example the pictures of the defected products.

Return policy for defective goods:

a. Please contact our sales team( sales@spadewholesale.com ) to raise the problem at first, 

b. The goods must keep in their original packaging and for the reason of the intimate nature of our products, the products must not be used in any form. 

c. Spade customer service team will verify your claims in 7 working days and notify you by email with a decision and procedure of handling these defective products. Before making the decision, our customer service team may contact you to discuss a proper solution that you'll satisfy with. 

d. Spade has the final rights to decide the availability of return, refunds or any remedies results.
